Payment

I charge $135 for a 50 minute session.

I take several forms of payment: credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash; however, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times.

If you are paying by credit/debit card, it will be run from what is on file (unless you direct me differently) at the start of the session via Simple Practice.

For checks that are returned, I add the fee that I am charged and it varies from bank to bank.

I am a private pay clinician and do not accept insurance.

However, I am an out of network provider for most insurance providers and can provide a super bill upon request. Please check with your provider to see what out of network coverage you may have and I would be happy to provide it.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

As a self-employed professional, I must have a low threshold for cancelations and no-shows as they directly impact my livelihood.

Please let me know as soon as you can if you cannot make your appointment so I can schedule someone else who might be waiting for an open appointment time.

I automatically charge the full fee for “no shows” 15 minutes into the scheduled session time.
