Individual work guides individuals to better understand their underlying motivations and fears contributing to various symptomology. Sometimes meeting with a therapist individually helps you feel more comfortable to explore your own internal world.

Couples Therapy

Couples work is best if you’re looking to get straight to the point and deal with those trouble spots in your relationship. Often centering around communication and conflict resolution, couple’s therapy helps subdue resentment and codependency while increasing intimacy and balance.

You’ll learn how to balance your own needs with your partner’s.
